Our Consultancy was created from many years of experience working in the events, leisure and hospitality industry. We were an integral part of growing a 2,000 events & experience per year, multi-floored venue in London, into a £6m a year business.
We were involved in creating £500k event runs and experiences as well as payment plans, deal creations and operational support for the projects. We recruited sales and operations personnel and engaged with some of the world’s most prominent businesses ranging from Burberry to Shell, HP, Microsoft, EA, Sony and many more global brand names.
We have a background of working with sporting venues, bars, restaurants, hotels and casinos, and most recently created a thirty page business plan for a chain of coffee shops in the UK, in order to pull in funding and development capital from Private Equity companies. Their international expansion is now underway and we continue to provide services for this and other businesses who look to raise funding for expansion on an the local and international stage.
Most recently we have focused on Venue10 (www.venue10.com), who are launching a Venue finding website in February 2014. The site is a global marketplace for users to Discover a venue around the UK, Europe and the US. With features including Live Chat, Mailshot marketing and strong analytics, we believe that this will be a fantastic tool for Venue bookings. Our business has been involved in development, market deployment and sales for the website.
At the second stage we will help Venue10 to secure further third party funding investment through our business plan and industry contacts.
